A pair of large painted and gilt tole on black background wall lights " à quinquet " , representing heads of warriors ( Mars and Minerva ) in gilded tole, the shades in the shape of shields.
French, Empire period, circa 1810.
In very good condition ( the two glass oil containers missing).
