A significant blue-glazed earthenware dinner service, adorned with a marquis’s crown on each piece.
Manufactured in England by Brown - Westhead, Moore & Co., this dinner service was sold in France by the distributor A. Clain, located on Rue du Bac and Boulevard St. Germain in Paris.
It consists of 100 pieces:
- 12 dinner plates with a crown on the rim (diameter 24.7 cm)
- 40 dinner plates with a crown on the rim (diameter 26 cm)
- 30 dinner plates with a crown in the center of the plate (diameter 24.5 cm)
- 18 soup bowls with a crown in the center of the bowl (diameter 26.2 cm).

- 4 stemmed fruit bowls
- 4 stemmed fruit bowls
- 4 serving bowls
- 2 covered vegetable bowls
- 1 stemmed bowl with a handle
