19th century Maple chair by Theophil Hansen

Pair of maple chairs speckled by Theophil Hansen, the last third of the 19th century, curved, turned and partly fluted, sculpture of dolphins at the back coat in brown leather.

It is reasonable to think that these chairs were produced for the Schloss Hernstein, because among the furniture of the castle there are still objects using the same selection of materials and stylistic patterns, such as spirals and fish identical to those of our chair.
