Iznik siliceous ceramic dish with polychrome decoration on a white ground featuring a "saz" palm in the center surrounded by roses, tulips, carnations, and wild roses. On the rim, black waves and rocks (with a black and reserved spiral motif). On the reverse, florets and spiral motifs.
Ottoman art, early 17th century.

Nota bene:
Generally good condition.
Note, however, a crack and chips visible on the rim on the back.
