This set comprises a porcelain cup and its matching saucer, both made of Sèvres soft-paste porcelain. The cup, dated 1782, features the characteristic "bijouterie" decorative style, including gilt latticework, shell motifs, red ribbon bows, fond bleu nouveau (new blue ground) bands, and floral garlands. It is signed "V." on the base, attributed to the renowned flower and pattern painter Antoinette-Marie Noualhier, active between 1762 and 1796.
The center of the saucer is decorated with floral motifs in a style closely matching that of the cup. It was painted by an anonymous flower painter listed in the Sèvres factory archives.
