This elegant milk jug in soft-paste porcelain was made at the Royal Sèvres Manufactory around 1768. The white-glazed body features a finely painted polychrome landscape scene, framed by a vibrant œil-de-perdrix pattern in blue, red, and gold, creating a refined mosaic effect typical of the late Louis XV period.
The base is marked with the interlaced double L’s and date letter “P” for 1768, with the painting attributed to Jean Bouchet, one of Sèvres’ most skilled 18th-century decorators.
