Louis XV rectangular gold snuffbox by Julien Berthe

Large rectangular yellow gold hinged box edged on all sides with a frieze forming a wave-like movement. All sides are engraved with parallel lines radiating like a sun towards the center, presenting a bouquet of flowers in chased high relief.
