Beautiful and elegant pair of walnut armchairs, Louis XVI period, circa 1780, 18th century.
The pair of armchairs presented here are said to be cabriolet-shaped, with a gendarme-cap back finished at the ends by two plumes carved with acanthus leaves.
They stand on four filleted legs decorated with dices à raccordement, carved with crossettes.
A beautiful lampas completes the decoration.
