Pair of Egyptian-style muliebre heads in the style of Pierre-Philippe Thomire (1751-1843). Patinated bronze on turquin blue marble base. 19th century.
This beautiful pair of heads is inspired by the famous Egyptian-style candelabra made by Thomire after a drawing by Charles Percier.
The heads are surrounded by curls which fall on the shoulders, decorated with a crown of flowers.
