A high carat gold and enamel ring set with a point-cut diamond.
Spanish, around c.1600.

The bezel measures 1.1 x 0.8cm.
The diamond is set at the centre of a Maltese cross, which is in turn set within a pierced blazing sun. The ring is decorated with white, black and red enamels.
