Alfred Broge ( 1870-1955) - unshine In An Interior

A large Danish interior ,from 1903-1904 in the ideal of the Hammershoi school. , The rather dark room is illuminated by the ray falling from the window on the table, floor and sofa. An interesting document about  the furniture and the stove typical of Denmark. Nice  original gilt frame
