Constant LOUCHE (1880-1965): Born in Algiers, it was in this city that he began his studies, then in Paris, at the École des Beaux-Arts.  He exhibited in Algiers from 1907. He is one of the best representatives of landscape painters from Algeria.  He travels throughout Algeria but also in Morocco and Tunisia.  His paintings frequently adopt large formats, vibrant and warm colors.
