Spanish desk Scissors in wrought and engraved iron

Fine pair of Spanish desk scissors, nicely decorated with floral and zoomorphic engraved motifs, signed and with origin inscription" Juan de Rosas Fesite En La Puebla" and with property inscription,
"Sirbo Al Senor Mar Luez de Obando ". A letter " R " is engraved on the inside of the blades.
