        Arita porcelain bowl and stand decorated in the Imari palette in blue underglaze, red and gold with women and children in cartouches on a geometric background. 
On the reverse, an auspicious mark.

Adapted in France in the 18th century from a silver mounting with the hallmark of Paris 1744-1750 (Fermier-Général Antoine Leschaudel) 
The lid, probably damaged, has been reproduced identically.
