A Louis XV gilted wood Mirror

A carved and gilded wood mirror, with an exuberant carving of foliage and flowers all around the frame, the shoulders adorned with a burst pomegranate. It is crowned by a pediment with a large openwork shell around flowers and foliage. A beautiful pomegranate bursts from its base.
This model is perfectly in keeping with the Rococo style of the reign of Louis XV, where the world of plants unfolds with freedom and harmony.
