Impressive pair of richly carved lacquered and gilded "fauteuils à la reine"

The upper part of the curved backrest is carved with a floral cartouche and numerous water leaves. The armrests and waistband repeat the carved motifs of the upper section. The armchairs rest on four cambered legs, also carved with foliage.
